Greenwood, one of the company’s owners and a long-standing contributor to its success, will oversee all financial operations, including planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives.
With more than a decade of involvement in the family-owned business, Greenwood brings a unique blend of financial expertise and operational leadership. Prior to her promotion, she served as Quality Manager, where she strengthened operational discipline and advanced process improvement across the organization. Greenwood’s experience also includes working with Ernst & Young, where she audited diverse industries and honed her accounting acumen. She holds a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
