The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region (ELC) has celebrated twenty years of Cultivating Community. With 20 years behind us no wonder we are Tracking to the Future at Railroad Square Park on Sunday, May 1st. This retro evening run will have music, spandex, and plenty of neon! Come enjoy a family fun night that promotes literacy programs for the seven-county region ELC serves.
Why I joined the Chamber
“The Chamber is all about being given the opportunity to form relationships through networking. In Leads Groups, you spend quality time with other businesses, and often gain “Access” (another Chamber group focusing on younger members) to their connections as well. In Leadership Tallahassee, you gain a new family of business leaders, and are guaranteed exposure to something or some group you were not familiar with, while broadening your understanding of all things “Tallahassee”. With LT’s Building Better Boards, you get to spend an evening with a great, philanthropic/altruistic group who are learning to serve their nonprofits more effectively.
