After a diligent review of current needs and consideration of vendors, Change By Design was hired to design, develop and deliver a turn-key performance evaluation and learning system to a familiar non-profit organization in Jacksonville. Dr. Sue Ebbers shared that the system will be focused on important cultural competencies and will take a journey-based curriculum to train on skills. Members of The Chamber can visit http://bit.ly/CBDTC20210609A to read more about this initiative, and may contact Dr. Ebbers at (850) 445-6303 or ebbers@changebydesign.us with any questions or comments.

Why I joined the Chamber
“The Chamber offers significant value to our organization by facilitating meaningful partnerships, providing access to resources, and advocating for causes that benefit for-profit and non-profit businesses. Through events, networking opportunities, and programs, we can engage with others who are passionate about social responsibility, and this helps to further our work in combating food insecurity. ”
