Premier Health & Fitness Center’s sixth-annual Wellness Day is a health fair and charity expo. Numerous departments from Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare will be providing health information, as will other health-related businesses and organizations. Several charities will also raise awareness about their causes and work. As always, the popular, “Ask a Pharmacist” table will be featured. Bring a list of your medications. You’ll also have the opportunity to “Ask a Dietitian” and “Ask a Personal Trainer.” Admission is free and open to the public.
