Special Bid Coordinator, Mainline Information Systems, Inc.

Job Summary: This is a Remote/Home Office Position.

Assist Mainline Sales and Management Team with tasks related to Special Bid and Registration planning and preparation as well as the review of promotions and overall pricing strategy with Mainline Account Executives. Review of pricing and registration strategy. Develop Opportunity Development Pricing responses. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of summary reports to management including Special Bid and Registration analysis including brand review performance and effectiveness, and ODP reviews.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Mainline Sales and Management Team.
Assist in Special Bid planning and preparation.
Review promotions and overall pricing strategy with Mainline Account Executives.
Develop Opportunity Development Pricing responses
Assist in preparation of summary reports to management will that will include Special Bid and Registration analysis including brand review performance and effectiveness, and ODP reviews. Assure completion of all reports.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
Must be computer literate including MS Office. Familiar with IBM processes and programs.
Must work well in a team environment
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, exceptional Excel skills, database and presentation software.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Education and/or Experience:
A four year Business degree from an accredited college or university and four years of professional office experience or a high school diploma or equivalent with six years of professional office experience is required.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:
The environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the following: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
