Job Description and Major Responsibilities
VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida, is looking for an Industry Relations Manager who will manage industry communication, Partnership program development, engagement and partner retention for the organization, and serve as Industry Relations Committee liaison. You will contribute in the following ways:
+ Manage industry email and webinar programs. Partner with industry, associations, and thought leadership to create and record metrics for innovative and educational programs for the industry.
+ Assist as department liaison with marketing and sales staff to proactively identify, develop and electronically send appropriate program messaging to Partners and industry members.
+ Manage the Partner benefits platform. Ensure all benefits are reviewed annually and improved as needed. Develop all Partner-facing collateral. Manage new Partner enrollment campaigns.
+ Manage Partner retention and billing process.
For this position, we prefer 4+ years of partner relations or marketing experience along with a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, communications, or related field. CRM database – ideally Salesforce – experience preferred. Preference will be given to those with supervisory experience.
