FT Customer Service Representative/Account Manager, Full Press Apparel, Inc.

Help to establish new client & maintain existing client relationships. The primary focus of the Sales Rep. position is to promote Full Press Apparel as a quick, creative and reliable source for custom imprinted apparel and branded merchandise.
Position duties:
As a FPA Sales Rep you will work in a fun team environment where we celebrate success. When you enjoy what you’re doing, we firmly believe you will naturally do well at whatever it is you pursue.
• Establishing new relationships with all types of businesses, associations and collegiate groups.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Assisting walk-in clients with questions, product information and pricing requests
• Assisting clients over the phone with questions, product information and pricing requests
• Managing orders from start to finish.
• Working well with other team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Experience:
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Previous experience in selling and in handling customer accounts
• College graduate or 3-4 years Customer Service experience
• Strong PC computer skills including the MS Office Suite
