Rick was a driving force and major funder of an eco-system including The Kearney Center for homelessness, Westgate Community for transitional housing. Most recently adding The Dwellings, a 130-unit tiny house community – with community center, for addressing the needs of people with challenges which prevent them from living safe, healthy and independent lives.

Rick’s goal in conjunction with Mainline Information Systems, the Beatitude Foundation and countless supporters is to create a new model for delivering comprehensive social services to the underserved in our community, that leads to good health, decent housing and renewed hope.
