STRUCTURE Commercial Real Estate helps Early Learning Coalition of Big Bend (ELC) find a new office

In 4Q 2017, ELC had its grand opening at its new office within Edgewater Corporate Center located at 2639 N. Monroe Street, Building C-300. STRUCTURE and its Principal, Daniel H. Wagnon, worked for over 12 months with Matt Guse, CEO of ELC, and ELC’s employees in creating a strategy for a new, long term solution for its office use in order to better service its families, children and staff. From determining a central location, negotiating terms of lease, helping in design of space and down to the color of paint and carpet, it was a true team effort at every level in both coordinating and executing the project.
