Moore Communications Group Secures Spots on Florida Trend, Inc. Magazine Lists
TALLAHASSEE, FL. (August 21, 2012) – As Moore Communications Group (MCG) celebrates its 20th year of business, the company has added two prestigious titles to its impressive resume: a third appearance in a row on Florida Trend’s yearly ranking of the “Best Places to Work” in the state and a second year on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
Since 2010, MCG has earned a place as one of the top six “Best Places to Work” in Florida Trend’s annual poll based on company policies, practices and demographics, as well as employee feedback. This year, MCG is ranked the no. 5 small business.
The firm also appears, for a second year in a row, on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000. MCG earned the ranking of 3,184 on the nationwide list. Based on both revenue and employee growth, Inc. 5000 charts the fastest-growing companies in America and includes names like Facebook and Chobani.
“It was wonderful to be included on the Inc. 5000 and as a “Best Place to Work” once, but to earn these recognitions two and three times in a row demonstrates the passion our team has for our clients and our work,” says Karen Moore, APR, CPRC, Founder and CEO of Moore Communications Group. “I couldn’t have imagined this type of success when I started the company 20 years ago, but I believe it is because we have stayed true to our mission of doing great, meaningful work while growing our portfolio that we are enjoying such tremendous recognition.”
These recognitions come on the heels of MCG’s recent name change and re-brand that mark 20 years of success. The organization credits its longevity to its commitment to garnering impressive results for clients. Through the copyrighted Dynamic Flexible Teams© (DFT) model, clients are paired with team members armed with expertise in related industries and communications segments key to the client’s specific integrated communications needs. Each DFT is composed of personality types, that when meshed together, ensure team success. With a staff of 25, including graphic designers, social media experts, media relations veterans, and multilingual directors, the firm achieves success daily for clients nationwide.
