Tallahassee, Fla. – August 1, 2013 – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Michael “Kip” Krieger has joined the firm as an associate in its Tallahassee office. Krieger practices in the firm’s Government Law and Consulting practice group.
Krieger’s practice includes handling all aspects of administrative litigation and regulatory issues in a variety of areas, including procurement matters before state agencies and public utility matters before the Public Service Commission. Krieger also handles litigation in Florida’s Article V courts, as well as assisting with appellate case work.
Prior to Carlton Fields Krieger was a litigation associate at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith. He has also handled legislation for the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Krieger is a member of The Florida Bar and Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Associations and he has participated in the Tallahassee Chapter Inns of Court.
He received his J.D., magna cum laude, order of the coif, from Florida State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degrees (History and Industrial Psychology), magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
