Hotel Duvals Staff Gives Back with Keep Tallahassee and Leon County Beautiful

Who & What:
Hotel Duval is proud to support their business mission of being “Socially Minded in Tallahassee.” On Saturday, February 26, 2011, the staff of Hotel Duval will be participating in their annual Clean-up Tallahassee day that is in conjunction with Keep Tallahassee and Leon County Beautiful. The staff will be hitting the streets to continue to make Tallahassee a litter-free and beautiful city. This effort is just one of many community events Hotel Duval participates in throughout the year that is a part of their business mission “Socially Minded in Tallahassee.”

Why:
“This is a great way for the Hotel Duval team to contribute and be even more integrated into this thoughtful community. As part of our mission, all management staff is required to participate in at least one civic organization, board and/or event and all line staffers are strongly encouraged to do the same to solidify Hotel Duval’s community outreach,” said Marc Bauer, general manager Hotel Duval.

Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.

Where:
Half of the staff will be starting on South Meridian Street heading North then head West on East Park Avenue then head South down Gadsden Street and circle back to the Department of Transportation.
The other half of the staff will begin on East Pensacola Street heading East then head North on South Calhoun Street. Once they reach East Park Avenue they will continue on the same route as the other group.
