FSUshadow Program now accepting Winter 2017 Hosts

The FSU Career Center would like to extend an invitation to Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce members to participate in their matched, one-day job shadow program, FSUshadow. The program, ran both during Winter Break and Spring Break, gives students the opportunity to explore their career options while allowing organizations the opportunity to build their brand with students and explore potential talents. Past host participants have hired students for both internships and full-time positions and have found the program to be extremely beneficial to their organization. The Florida Auditor General had the following to say about their experience as a FSUshadow host “Hosting students through the FSUShadow program has been a rewarding experience for the Auditor General. The program provides a valuable networking opportunity for both the students and the professionals in our Office. We are delighted that four of the students who shadowed Auditor General professionals are now members of our team and we look forward to our continued participation in the program.”
For the upcoming Winter break session, the FSUshadow program will run December 18, 19, 20 and 21st. Hosts can choose a single day or serve as a host for several days over the session.
