From the Tallahassee Democrat

A Tallahassee startup geared toward helping soccer players won a $1,000 seed grant from Centennial Bank during a Tuesday entrepreneurial forum sponsored by the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce.

Footy Training is an app-based business that helps soccer players train on their own, against teammates and other players in an effort to hone their skills.

Three startups enrolled in the “Get Started” program through Domi Station pitched their business plans to the forum audience, who voted on the ultimate winner.
