Kingdom Leadership

This course will engage the learner in a survey of leadership development and study of established leadership styles as well as challenge standing views of the definition of a leader and how one is developed and honed into greatness. It will also aid learners in developing an understanding of their own roles in shaping and shifting their spheres of influence by examining principles of leadership that work in and outside the walls of the church. Moreover, the course will enhance the learners’ growth and development as leaders in the kingdom with an emphasis on second-man leadership, leadership within their spheres, and developing leaders.
