CEO Spotlight – Tina Crowder-Oaks, Crowder Excavating


Crowder Excavating is a 3rd generation business founded in 1962.  Crowder started as a one man/one truck tree clearing business and has grown into one of the area’s most respected and qualified contractors.

Their expertise of on-time/in-budget performance and safety record continues to build a long list of pleased clients, including municipalities, universities, private business sector, and individuals. They specialize in site development, disaster recovery, and roll off/construction dumpsters. Crowder is dedicated to a high caliber of professionalism and quality.

The founder, Mr. Jimmie Crowder, still participates daily in the business activities.

Tina Crowder-Oaks currently serves as the President for Crowder Excavating.  Prior to taking the helm as president, Mrs. Crowder-Oaks worked as Office Manager for 20 years.

Tina lives in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband Travis and their dogs. She has a passion for working with senior citizens and volunteers at Elder Day Stay.
