While attending Florida State University, Brian Sealey, began his ambitious embark into the field of Real Estate. With his college sweetheart, friend and business partner Brandi Sealey, they formed The Sealey Team. Today, Sealey Team: A Real Estate Company, serves the Tallahassee community providing Residential and Commercial brokerage sales, Real Estate Investment Sales and Consulting, as well as Residential Property Management which manages hundreds of properties in the Big Bend area.
The Sealey Team client base reflects citizens from all over the world, stretching from California to South Africa. Achieving this by harnessing over 12 years of professional training and experience while utilizing the latest in technology and real estate analytical software. Helping clients find and maximize income producing real estate is a particular passion of Brian’s.
Brian currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce as well as a Board Member on the Urban Land Institute of the Capital Region. Additionally, as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Brian is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Brian Sealey was featured in HGTV’s House Hunters® where he was showcased representing a local Tallahassee couple in their pursuit of buying a home.
From the beginning, serving the community has always been at the foremost of his vision. In the inaugural year for Conley Elementary, Brian served on the school advisory council. In 2010, Brian co-founded TallyTies, whose mission among others was to foster relationships with others who are passionate about serving their neighbors and making the community a better place. TallyTies was awarded the Guardian ad Litem’s State of Florida Community Advocate of the Year award. In 2011, Child Advocate II appointed Brian Sealey Chair of their Board. In 2012 Child Advocates II was named Non-Profit of the year. In 2013, Brian Sealey was appointed to the Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Committee for the city of Tallahassee. In 2014 Brian was appointed Equal Opportunity Chair for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. In 2015, Brian was honored as the Caribbean American Heritage Council’s Leadership Award recipient.
Brian lives with his wife of 12 years, Brandi, and their two boys who are 9 and 4. “Tallahassee is a great place to call home and I’m grateful for this community and all of the people that I’ve met who have helped me along the way. I arrived as a teenager, just 18 years old, and now have a business and family of my own. I look forward to being a part of the future of Tallahassee.”
