TALLAHASSEE, FL – Michael H. Moody has joined the Florida business law firm Berger Singerman. Moody is an associate resident in Berger Singerman’s Tallahassee office and a member of the firm’s Business Reorganization Team.
Moody most recently served for 2 years as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Lewis M. Killian, Jr. in United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Florida. As a law clerk Moody reviewed all proposed orders daily and assisted in preparation for Court hearings.

Moody received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University , and his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Moody is a member of The Florida Bar.
